By accessing, registering, or using any part of the rav4 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should stop using the platform immediately.
These terms form a valid and binding agreement between you as a user and the rav4 platform. Continued use after any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
User Eligibility
Use of the rav4 platform is restricted to individuals who:

- Legal Capacity to Enter Binding Agreements

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

User Responsibility
Users are responsible for all activities conducted under their accounts. You agree not to use rav4 for fraud, system manipulation, automation or bots, or any activities that violate applicable Malaysian laws.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the rav4 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We accept various local payment methods including internet banking, e-wallets, and other options listed on the payment page. rav4 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
Deposit & Withdrawal Limits
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the chosen payment method and user account status. Current limits are displayed on the platform’s payment page. rav4 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals exceeding certain limits.
Transaction Processing Time
Deposits are usually credited shortly after confirmation by the payment provider. Withdrawals are processed within the periods stated on the help page, subject to full account verification. rav4 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
Platform Usage Rules & Restrictions
Rav4 platform users agree to comply with the following usage rules at all times:

- Exploiting bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantage

All content, design, logos, the rav4 brand name, software, and visual elements on this platform are the exclusive property of rav4 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws in Malaysia and internationally.
Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, modify, or use any platform content without prior written permission from rav4. Any violation may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability
Rav4 provides the platform "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, rav4 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds, profits, or business interruption.
Account Suspension & Closure
Rav4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice in cases of terms violations, suspected fraud, or at authorities' request. In legitimate account closures, eligible fund balances will be returned following set procedures once investigations are completed.

Rav4 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any significant changes will be communicated to users via platform notifications or the registered email. Continued use of the platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the use of the rav4 platform shall first be resolved through sincere negotiation. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be referred to the competent Malaysian courts.
